Call for Small Business Vendors: November 30th, 2024 Westside Holiday Market
Attention small businesses! If you'd like to be considered for the upcoming Westside Holiday Market, here's what you need to know:
Event Details: This is an indoor/outdoor event on November 30th, 2024.
Swag Bag Contribution: Each vendor is required to donate a minimum of 20 small items for swag bags. These bags will be given to the first 200 shoppers. Your items should showcase your business and encourage shoppers to visit your booth. Contributions are due by November 8th.
Application Process: Please fill out the application below and include as much detail as possible, including direct links. If you don't use social media, email photos of your products to info@westsidemarketcincy.com after applying (required - place your business name in subject line).
Restrictions: We do not permit third-party sales, soliciting, or non-product businesses.
Insurance Requirement: All vendors must provide proof of insurance to participate. This is a mandatory requirement due to our insurance policy.
After submitting your application, you will receive one of the following emails:
Accepted: Congratulations, you're in!
Denied: Unfortunately, your business does not meet our criteria.
Waitlist: We receive many applications, and if we're full, you'll be on our waitlist in case a spot opens up.
